beach in Southern Cross and the Groot Brak lagoon where kids love to swim. It is
3min drive from the town Groot Brak, where all the shops are situated and about
1km from De Dekke centre.
There are 4 bedrooms in this house.
Main Bedroom: Equipped with a king size bed, and on-suite bathroom with
Double shower, basin and Toilet
Second Bedroom: King size bed
Third bedroom: Double bed
Fourth bedroom also a double bed
Second bathroom: Bath / Shower / toilet and basin.
Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own bath and swimming
towels.
The kitchen and open living area is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave,
stove and all essential utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher.

Smart TV And Wifi available (Solar so you won’t be kept in the dark)

Walking distance to the island, Transkaroo and Oppispoor – there is also a
clubhouse in the estate.
The house can comfortably sleep max 8 people and is available for holiday from
15 December 2025 to 3 January 2026 (minimum 10 days)

We charge a R3000 breakage deposit and R950 outgoing cleaning fee.
